Schedule: Ishana is currently available for sessions Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays with more availability opening in the coming months.

Parking: When arriving at the clinic, please be respectful of the areas marked “Private Property”. There is patient parking in front of and beside the clinic on the right as you enter the property. Also be aware that there may be a child and/or animals in the area.

Insurance & Direct Billing: Ishana does not direct bill to insurance providers. Please check your insurance beforehand to ensure you have coverage for “Osteopathy” or “Manual Osteopathy”. Upon payment, you will be emailed a receipt that can be submitted to your insurance provider.

Jena’s current patients: In order for your file to be shared with Ishana, we need written consent. You may either write a note and send it to Jena or email Ishana, at ishana.debba.osteo@gmail.com, for a form to sign. You may book a free 15 minute phone or zoom call, if you’d like to speak with Ishana or ask any questions prior to booking.

Manual Osteopathy

Ishana is a graduate of the Canadian School of Osteopathy - Vancouver. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, where her passion for manual therapy and holistic healing led her to pursue osteopathy. As a Kinesiologist and Strength Coach since 2016, Ishana brings a unique perspective to her osteopathic practice, integrating muscle activation patterns and biomechanics into her treatments. She has a particular interest in the effects of concussions and the brain-body relationship. Her global experiences include an osteopathic mission to Arequipa, Peru in August 2023, where she gained valuable insights into the societal influences on health. As an athlete with a diverse background in martial arts, cross-country, track and field, and dance, Ishana understands the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle. She enjoys jigsaw puzzles, instrumental music, and collecting plants. Ishana’s dedication to understanding the puzzle of the human body and empowering her patients to improve their health and well-being is evident in her practice.

Her Anmore practice serves the Tri-Cities area (Port Moody, Coquitlam, & Port Coquitlam), Surrey, Burnaby and New Westminster.
